RETURN/REPLACEMENT TO DO LIST

• Raise the Return Request for the product to be exchanged.

• Re-pack the items in its original packaging or in a secure package with labels & tags still attached.

• Mention the order ID on the packaging so there is no confusion for multiple orders.

• Cross-check the products with the product code before handover to Courier against which return/replacement has been placed.

• Handover the same products & same quantities only against which Courier is asking (Order ID & number of items is mentioned on Courier’s slip)

• Cross-check the refunded amount against the returned products. Please inform your Account Manager/ Clovia Customer Care (0120-484-2200) if you find any discrepancy in the amount. Any legal action can be taken at any time if we find any discrepancy in returns.

• Replacement of Panties is strictly prohibited for Replacement/Return due to hygiene issues.

• Don’t give other product to courier if you have not raised the return/ replacement request against the same product.

• In case of multiple replacements please ensure to handover only the same product for which courier has Slip at that moment. Apart from that please do not handover as that can create confusion at later stage.

• Returns/ replacements will not be entertained for every single order.

• Keep a track of the replacement ids for your reference.

• We have an Audit Process where the goods are audited at regular intervals and in case

 of discrepancies are dealt.
